A contemporary jewel with an assertive style!
Beautiful necklace inspired by traditional Polynesian jewelry, made from "snakehead" porcelain (natural shells from Tahiti) and coconut washers.
A "strong" necklace in symbol, union of the Earth and the sea, like the islands of the South Pacific.
On the same basis as the colorful necklaces I usually make, I wanted to create here a more "masculine" version using larger shells, and stay in brown tones, more natural but always with a striped part.
Composed of beautiful shells (Cypraea caputserpentis), beautiful round stainless steel beads, dark brown coconut washers (of 2 different sizes), vinyl slats (3 colors) and finished with a musket clasp that will not tarnish since it is also stainless steel.
Note: the "front" part of the collar (part with the shells) is rigid while the "back" (striped and wood) is soft.
Total length: 68 cm
This necklace is a unique piece made by hand.
